FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PARTIES AT ABRAKIDAZZLE

What happens during the party?  Children want to get the most out of being in the Abrakidazzle Centre, so our parties generally run on this format;

1st 30 mins – Arrival & Play in the Playground

2nd 30 mins – Call to the Sparkle Stage for photo opportunities and then hosted Disco & Games with Party Staff

3rd 30 mins – Into the Party Room for party food and Cake celebration

4th 30 mins – Back into the playground for more Fun while parent finalises account and receives party bags to hand out when children are ready to leave

You are welcome to stay and play in the Abrakidazzle Centre after your two hour party is finished but please be advised that your parent table in the café may be reserved later in the day for another party.

Can I bring my own Birthday Cake?  You are welcome to bring your own Birthday Cake for all of our packages except for the Party Package where the Birthday Cake is included. We can store your cake until required in a fridge or freezer. You will need to bring your own candles. We will supply a knife, lighter and serviettes.

Alternatively, you can purchase an Ice Cream Cake for $20  from our Party Extras. It serves approximately up to 12 children and the price includes bowls, spoons and candles.

Do you provide party bags? Yes we do. Our party bags are filled with lollies, two toys and a ½ price return voucher. These are included in the weekend party packages and are also available for purchase for extra children on the day of the party.

Can I bring my own party bags? You are welcome to bring your own custom made party bags and/or bring some extra goodies on the day and we will add them to our party bags for you to hand out at the end of the party

Are your party rooms themed?  Our party rooms are decorated in a ‘party’ theme however, if you wish to theme your party, you are welcome to bring those party consumables such as napkins, party hats, plates etc on the day and we will have them set up on your party table

How far in advance should I send the invitations? We suggest that party invitations and sent out at least two weeks prior to the party, but ideally, not more than four. That’s enough time for the attendees to arrange transportation and purchase a gift, but not so much time that the invitation gets misplaced or forgotten.

I have 3 people who have not replied.  What do I do if they show up on the day? We require your guest list two days before your party.  If you have any children that have not RSVP’d, put a star next to their name at the bottom of your list and while we will not include them in the number you confirm, we will add them to the party should they show up on the day

Payment A deposit of $50 (day Party) $100 (Night Party) is required before a party is confirmed. Payment can be made is person or over the phone with a visa or master card.  A minimum charge applies to all parties.  Full payment must be made by the completion of your party.

Birthday Party REFUND Policy – Initial $50 (day party) or $100 (night party) deposits are non-refundable.

Transfers.
Within the 48hour timeframe prior to the booked party date and time there is no transfer offered. If however you need to make changes prior to this 48hour timeframe party dates are transferable to a new date and time.

Supervision Please note while your party host will assist with your children’s games and serve refreshments, parental supervision is required at all times within the Abrakidazzle centre.
